The company was founded on 12.02.2009 by Lili Nikolova and Rosen Nikolov under the commercial name of Hydromineral.
In line with the company’s strategy for overall development and increase of production capacities, in June 2019, following the convening of a Shareholders’ General Assembly, the company decided to change its business name to HB Minerals.
Ever since its establishment, the company’s main object has always been related to the extraction and processing of mineral raw materials for the construction industry.
HB Minerals Ltd. performs its production processes by extracting underground dolomites from the Studena Field, the Hydrostroy-2 and Magstroy Sections, all of which are located in the village of Studena, Pernik Municipality, along with amphibolite from the Ali Field located in the vicinity of the village of Verinsko, Ihtiman Municipality.
The company has its own trucks by which the materials are transported to the site specified by the customer.
Being a supplier of construction materials, HB Minerals Ltd. has participated both in private investment projects and projects of national importance.
